How true how true What is sacred to me may not be to someone else. I find my garden a sacred spot to think but some people who do not like gardens may not feel the same. But a friend of mine told me this morning and I actually think this to be true. We need to get back to basics. Life and the world is becoming to complicated for an average person to try and keep up with. We do not enjoy life anymore.

I spend almost 3 hours just checking emails in the morning it becomes crazy at some point.
